Terms and Conditions for Course Enrollment and Membership Effective: March 2025
By enrolling in courses or becoming a member of ThrivePD (formerly known as the Clinical Counselling Centre / CCC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in ThrivePD programs and services.
1. Membership Agreement
By joining ThrivePD as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to your access to supervision training, continuing professional development (CPD/OPD) resources, and other member services.
2. Course Access
2.1. ThrivePD courses are no longer available for individual purchase or pay-per-course enrollment.
2.2. Course access is available exclusively through membership.
3. ThrivePD Membership Options
3.1. ThrivePD offers two membership plans, both granting full access to all available CPD and supervision content:
Annual Membership: $249 per year (billed once annually)
Monthly Membership: $29 per month (billed monthly, cancel anytime)
4. Membership Cancellation & Refunds
4.1. Monthly Membership Cancellation:
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Access to ThrivePD resources will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4.2. Annual Membership Cancellation:
If you cancel your annual membership within the first 30 days and have not completed more than one course or earned points, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, annual memberships are non-refundable.
4.3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (New Members Only):
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first membership purchase, provided you have not completed more than one course or earned points during this period. Completing two or more courses, or earning points, will void eligibility for this refund.
4.4. ThrivePD reserves the right to offer partial refunds or credits at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5. $1 Trial Offer Terms
5.1. By registering for the $1 trial promotion, you agree to ThrivePD's general Terms & Conditions, along with the specific conditions outlined in this section.
5.2. Your 30-day trial begins on the day you register and pay the $1 promotional fee. During this period, you will have full access to ThrivePD membership benefits, including CPD and supervision courses.
5.3. At the end of the 30-day trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a regular monthly membership at $29/month unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
5.4. If you do not wish to continue beyond the trial, you must cancel your membership before the 30th day. You can cancel via your member dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel within the trial period, you will only be charged the initial $1.
5.5. ThrivePD will send at least two email reminders to your registered email address before your trial period expires. Please ensure you check your inbox, spam, and promotional folders.
5.6. If you have any questions regarding your trial or membership, please contact us at [email protected].
6. Commencement and Termination
6.1. Your membership and access commence once ThrivePD issues your login credentials.
6.2. ThrivePD reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund if you breach these terms or engage in misconduct, including but not limited to sharing login details, plagiarising content, or misrepresenting credentials.
7. Refunds for Live Workshops & Supervision Training

100% refund if cancellation is received before workshop commencement
50% refund if cancellation is received after commencement but before completion

Requests within 14 days will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, and may be subject to venue contract terms.
